Appointment Cancellation Policy
Please call us at (909) 606-3555 at least two (2) days prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule or cancel. If we do not receive prior notification, you will be charged for the missed appointment. 48 HOURS CANCELLATION FEE – $25 | 24 HOURS CANCELLATION FEE – $50.
When you schedule your appointment with Opulent Medspa Laser Clinic, you are agreeing to the policies outlined below. RESERVATION POLICY
To obtain your desired appointment time, we recommend scheduling your treatment as far in advance as possible. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee your reservation at Opulent Medspa.
CHECK-IN POLICY
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals; however, the length of your treatment may be adjusted to accommodate the next scheduled reservation. If the treatment cannot be adjusted due to lateness, you will be subject to the cancellation policy and charged a fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service(s).
CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your business and kindly ask that you respect our scheduling policies. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Any cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 72 hours’ notice will be subject to the following fees: 48 HOURS CANCELLATION FEE – $25 and 24 HOURS CANCELLATION FEE – $50.
Missed appointments result in lost opportunities to accommodate other clients and require staff schedule adjustments. To respect our staff’s time and wages, we strictly enforce this cancellation policy.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home or keep them with you at all times. Opulent Medspa is not responsible for lost or misplaced personal belongings.
REFUND POLICY
GIFT CARDS
All gift cards, gift certificates, and service purchases are non-refundable. Third-party resale of Opulent Medspa gift cards is strictly prohibited. Any gift card sold by an individual or business not affiliated with Opulent Medspa will be deemed void. All gift card values are in U.S. dollars. In accordance with California law, gift cards do not expire and are redeemable for cash when the remaining balance is under $10.
PRODUCTS
Products purchased at Opulent Medspa may be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if they are unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. After 14 days, unopened and unused products may be eligible for exchange or store credit only. Opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange.
SERIES OF TREATMENTS / PACKAGES
All purchased packages or prepaid series of treatments are non-refundable. However, Opulent Medspa may, at its discretion, offer an exchange for an equal-value product or an alternative spa service available at our location.
